Direct billing available

We direct bill to most insurance plans, including:

Pacific Blue Cross, Manulife, Sun Life, Canada Life, Chamber of Commerce, Green Shield, Group Health, Johnson Inc., Johnston Group, RCMP, and more.

Please bring your insurance information to your first appointment or include it in your intake form. We’re unable to check the remaining balance of your plan.

We do not accept ICBC or WCB at this time

Illness & Health Concerns

Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to treatment.

In an effort to provide a health environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing a cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, White Oaks Massage & Wellness practitioners will provide treatment for the remaining session time only with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office, by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. There may be a cancellation fee applied to your account for missed appointments without notification. Exceptions are made for illness.

Location

We are located on the 4th floor of the Foster Tower, Unit 403.

If you're walking to the clinic, enter through the Commercial Lobby of the Foster Building at 1493 Foster St, White Rock. Take the elevator to the 4th floor. The lobby door will be open, so there’s no need to use the buzzer.

Parking Information

  • Free Limited Street Parking is available around the building.

  • Designated FREE Parking is available in the underground parking lot on P2 (stalls 126-129).

Parkade Access:

  • There are two entrances to the parkade on Martin Street (North or South of the building).

  • The entrance on Foster Street is temporarily closed due to construction.

Parking Instructions:

  1. Upon entering the parkade, you will be on P1. Looking for the “More Parking” sign to take the ramp down to P2.

  2. Our designated parking spots (stalls 126-129) are immediately at the bottom of the ramp.

  3. After parking, stay on P2 and walk straight past the residential parking garage. Then, turn left to find the commercial elevator, which will take you to the 4th floor.
